AM Muralidharan, Managing Director of Volvo India, has close to 27 years of experience in capital equipment sales including boilers and mobile cranes.

Muralidharan joined Volvo in 1997 as Vice President for various business verticals in Asia and Europe. He has been credited for setting up the construction equipment business for Volvo in India creating high value customer-centric organisations in India as well in his previous roles in Volvo at Belgium and Singapore. Previously, working with Ingersoll Rand, he was instrumental in introducing compaction equipment in India.

Muralidharan firmly believes in delegation and team management. He encourages everybody to participate, think independently and give ideas. He gives full credit to his team that is determined to ensure that customers get the best of their products and services.
