JCB India receantly announced the opening of its Bilaspur dealer - Dynamic (CG) JCB's facility. This facility has been made as per the JCB Corporate Identity norms and is equipped with JCB standardized systems to provide a one-stop solution for its customers. The facility has a Showroom display area of 40,000 sq ft with office built up area 9,000 sq ft and work shop area of 15,000 sq ft. Inaugurating the state of the art facility, Vipin Sondhi, Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer, JCB India said, "JCB stands for world class earth moving equipments with a diverse range right from robust and reliable cranes to an entire range of excavators and compactors. Dynamic JCB would be able to meet ever growing customer's demand. JCB machines have always performed to the hilt and given top most satisfaction to our customers." This facility will provide complete range of products in JCB portfolio in India with instant service to its customers with its total 12 bay work shop integrated with all modern tools and tackles. Dynamic JCB has a hostel for the workshop staff as well as facility to start an Operator Training Center. Bilaspur has product mix of backhoes and loaders and excavators and all the heavy line machines will be serviced in the modern workshop that has the latest equipments. Even the floor for heavy line machines has been strengthened with chequer plates.
