JLG doubles service intervals for telehandlers
JLG Industries, Inc has doubled the length of its engine service intervals from 500 to 1,000 hours. The extended intervals apply to JLG and SkyTrak telehandlers in North America that are equipped with Cummins QSF3.8 diesel engines.

?Extending service intervals for these telehandlers underscores our commitment to delivering products that offer a lower total cost of ownership for our customers,? said Brian Boeckman, Global Product Director for Telehandlers, JLG Industries. ?By increasing the period between oil changes, we are cutting in half the time customers spend changing oil, oil filters, and fuel filters while doubling the time machines are rental-ready. The result is customers who are more productive and profitable,? he said, attributing the extended service intervals to the use of synthetic oil and newly released oil and fuel filters.
