Novorossiysk adds more cranes
Novorossiysk Commercial Seaport (NMTP) has ordered a second LPS 420E electric slewing crane and two STS container cranes from Liebherr Maritime Group. The contracts for the new cranes were negotiated by Liebherr Russland.
The two Bosphormax STS cranes, to be built by Liebherr Container Cranes in Ireland, will have a SWL of 65 T (twin-20 mode) with an outreach of over 50 m. They are slated for delivery in 2021 to NMTP's Novorsoslesport container terminal in Novorossiysk.
