Centre has planned to invest Rs 1 lakh crore in the coming years to improve roads and communication infrastructure in Assam. Union road transport, highways and shipping Nitin Gadkari announced this while discussing several issues related to improvement of transport communication in the state with Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal in New Delh.
