Shriram Automall India (SAMIL) has been prompted by the COVID 19 impact to shift to customer-friendly digital solutions including the launch of online vehicle trading platform, MySAMIL app to win over the business threat during India lockdown. "Indian Government has recently declared a three-week nationwide lockdown to have a control over further spread of coronavirus. Since then, business through Physical Bidding had come to a halt and over Rs 10 billion assets have got stuck up for liquidation. So SAMIL introduced digital solutions to buy and sell used vehicles and equipment without any major interruption of coronavirus," said Sameer Malhotra, CEO, Shriram Automall.

MySAMIL App introduced by the company provides multiple digital solutions like Desktop Live Physical Bidding and helps prospective customers to participate at physical bidding events, according to Malhotra.
