Terex? MPS expand their wheeled plant products and distribute globally from the Terex India Hosur facility.

Terex Minerals Processing Systems announced that Terex? Minerals Processing Systems wheel plants are being designed and manufactured at the Hosur facility based at Sipcot Industrial Complex, Hosur, India. These products are now to be distributed not only in India but the rest of Asia, Middle East, Africa and Eastern Europe.

Jaideep Shekhar, Executive Director, Materials Processing India says (The wheeled plants have been designed and manufactured at our Hosur facility since nearly two years now but we are excited at the opportunity that this range has now been expanded and we have the ability to export globally.

The wheeled plants combine the rugged reliability of the Terex MPS jaw, cone and VSI crushers with their high-stroke vibrating grizzly feeders and efficient durable inclined screens. The result is high production portable crushing and screening machines.

The Terex? WJ1175, WC1000, WC1300, WV2000 wheeled plants are suitable for working in many different crushing spreads and will handle almost any material including extremely hard abrasives. Whether operating in hard rock, sand and gravel, iron ore or recycled concrete, the Terex? wheeled plants are designed to help customers be more profitable.

Terex? wheeled pants are all electric plants, which easily tie into new or existing primary, secondary, territory and quaternary crushing applications. The salient features of the Terex? Wheel Plants are mobile design with one of the industry?s best set up times, robust 2 bearing 4-deck screens on board the Cone and VSI chassis gives flexibility to take four screen products. Over-spill chutes are designed to guide the cone chamber feed box spillage onto the conveyor, there-by reducing the wastage and requirements of manpower for clearing.
