Volvo Group Trucks has presented D?rr with the Volvo Group Purchasing Supplier Award 2016. The award ceremony took place in Gothenburg, the hometown of the Swedish commercial vehicle manufacturer. It was the second time that suppliers were honoured in a total of six categories.

Ralf W Dieter, CEO of D?rr AG, was delighted with the award in the Total Value Management Excellence' category. ?This award underlines the close, long-term relations between Volvo Group Trucks and our company,? he said.

The collaboration between Volvo Group Trucks and D?rr began in 1983. Since then, the mechanical and plant engineering firm has completed many projects for the commercial vehicle manufacturer.
