What are the new products launched in 2010-11 and their unique features?
Proman will be launching the mobile track equipment with collaboration from Tesab Engineering of Ireland. We will also be launching a very special screen for removal of super fines from sand. This process will be a totally dry system and will be suitable in areas where there is a shortage of water.

We will also be displaying the new 2011 series of Proman-REMco range of vertical shaft impactors. At the show, we will display one of the largest vertical shaft impactors of 800 hp capacities capable of producing 200 tonne/hr of sand and 450 to 500 tph of high quality aggregates.

Tell us about the tie-ups/JVs in the last couple of years.
Proman is a company formed by a group of professionals with extensive experience in crushing, screening and heavy equipment. We have tie- ups with the best of the companies worldwide and manufacture our equipment under their collaboration. With this, not only do we offer the latest international design and quality at affordable prices to our customers but also innovative crushing and screening solutions at the lowest cost per tonne of crushed aggregate and manufactured sand.

We have tie-ups with REMco who are world leaders in VSI technology; Lippmann for our jaw crushers; Finedoor for screens and feeders; and Tesab for track equipment. Proman manufactures the equipment based on the technology and offers international quality products.

What do you expect from Excon 11?
Excon has been one of the well-attended construction exhibitions and one of the largest in India for construction equipment. Proman has been participating in the show right from the very beginning and have found that our products have been well-received by visitors, as it is focused strongly on construction and infrastructure. Keeping this in view, Proman has increased its range of equipment display compared to previous Excons.

Tell us about the range of products and services offered by Proman.
Proman manufactures and supplies a range of crushing and screening equipment like primary and secondary jaw, cone crushers of 35 inch and 45 inch sizes. Wide range of screens from 1.2 x 3.0 m to 2.4 x 8.0 m (1,2,3 and 4 deck), vertical shaft impactors - crushers from 50 to 1,500 hp and sand washing plants from 20 tph to 200 tph.

We offer total turnkey solutions in crushing. The above equipment is modular skid-mounted, wheel-mounted and track-mounted, 2-3 stage crushing plants.
