Piush Goyal assumed the responsibility of the Managing Director of Kelley Material Handling Equipment India in February 2011. He is responsible for Kelley?s India operations. Kelley India is 100 per cent wholly owned subsidiary of 4Front Engineered Solutions, Dallas, Texas, USA (one of the global leaders in loading dock equipment and HVLS big industrial fans). He successfully established Kelley as the premium brand in India, while integrating processes and operations.

A technocrat and continuous learner, Piush has over 24 years of experience in Sales, Marketing and Product Development of material handling and construction equipment. Before joining Kelley, Piush has worked with equally renowned brands like JCB, Aquarius-Putzmeister, Escorts and Blue Star in different capacities. He started his career with Blue Star in June 1988 as a Service Engineer. In September 1990, he joint Escorts Construction Equipment as a Senior Sales Engineer at Faridabad and subsequently handled various leadership roles, including National Manager for Escorts loader business and Head of Exports till July 2003. During this time, he was also instrumental in bringing organizational focus on exports business and set up distribution network in Middle East countries. In August 2003, Piush joined Aquarius as Regional Head ? North and Eastern India and continued till March 2007. From April 2007 till January 2011, he was with JCB as Deputy General Manager ? Sales, Marketing and Product Development.

A strategist with systematic approach and strong communication skills, Piush believes in leading from the front and has expertise in product management, project planning, sales, marketing, dealer development and team building. He has led the teams, which successfully launched and established five new products ? Kelley dock levellers, Kelley HVLS fans, JCB Liftall hydraulic mobile cranes (including product development process), Putzmeister concrete pumps and Escorts sugar cane loaders.

Piush is a mechanical engineer of 1988 batch. He was Haryana State Champion for Table Tennis and now plays golf on weekends to stay fit.
