Doosan Bobcat Drives Skills with Loader Training Push
Doosan Bobcat India has launched a comprehensive Skid Steer Loader Operator Training Programme to address the growing shortage of skilled operators and support faster adoption of compact equipment across India’s expanding infrastructure sector.

The structured two-month programme is being conducted in partnership with Industrial Training Institute Bharathmatha Educational Trust, Annur. It combines classroom-based theoretical instruction with intensive hands-on practical training using advanced skid steer loaders. Participants will gain knowledge of safe machine handling, routine maintenance, efficient operations and jobsite best practices.

By developing trained and industry-ready operators, the initiative aims to bridge the sector’s talent gap while creating stronger employment opportunities for individuals entering the workforce. It will also help customers expand applications of skid steer loaders across multiple industries, enabling higher productivity, versatility and operational efficiency in varied working environments.

"We are committed to developing skilled operators who can fully utilise the capabilities of compact equipment," said Suk Namkoong, Managing Director, Doosan Bobcat India. "Through this programme, we aim to address workforce challenges while enabling our customers to improve productivity and expand applications in their operations."

Candidates completing the programme will be equipped to operate skid steer loaders professionally and will be connected with dealer networks and employment opportunities in the construction and infrastructure sectors.

Doosan Bobcat India said the initiative reflects its continued commitment to strengthening the equipment ecosystem through people development, technology advancement and responsible partnerships.
