Could you briefly outline your product portfolio and its relevance to construction sites?

We manufacture and trade a range of compact construction machines such as material mixers, mini lifts, bucket lifts, hoisting cranes, scaffolding systems and plastering tools like plastic guns and mini trowels. These products are designed to support everyday construction activities, particularly where labour availability, time and cost efficiency are key concerns.

The primary focus is reducing labour dependency and overall project cost. For example, our plastering tools and mini trowels can help cut labour and time requirements by up to 50 per cent while improving worker comfort and consistency in output quality. Across products, the emphasis is on saving time, minimising fatigue and delivering reliable performance at an affordable price point.

What differentiates your machines from others in this segment?

Our key differentiation lies in serviceability and practical design. We focus on building machines that require minimal maintenance and are less prone to breakdowns. We closely study the challenges faced by contractors on-site and incorporate small but meaningful improvements, such as wireless remote operation for lifts, which improves safety and avoids damage associated with wired systems.

How important is aftersales support for your customers?

Service and spares support are central to our offering. Even though the machines are affordable, we ensure customers have access to spares and technical support. The objective is to deliver machines that work reliably over time and reduce disruptions caused by frequent servicing.

What is the range and capacity of machines you currently offer?

We currently offer around 20 products across different categories. Each product is typically available in multiple capacity options. For example, our mini lifts and scaffolding systems are available in heights ranging from 14 to 40 feet, with load capacities between 300 kg and 500 kg, allowing customers to choose solutions based on site requirements.
