Bucher Hydraulics has introduced a new all-purpose sectional valve, ideal for a wide variety of mobile applications.

Featuring a smaller design and a flow range up to 260 l/min for each actuator section, the new SC18 load-sensing proportional valve complements the larger SC22, which offers flows of up to 400 l/min per section.

For many mobile applications - especially in the construction-machine sector - the demand for a compact valve with flows up to 260 l/min is growing constantly. The design features a mould casting and, in conjunction with a very high technical performance, results in a highly competitive product. Many optional auxiliary functions can also be integrated very compactly into the valve body. In addition to optimised flow-control behaviour and a significantly improved load-sensing system, of particular interest is that the energy losses in the valve have been minimised. The concept even allows for the adoption of digital pilot heads.
