Everest enters high-speed CNC rebar processing machines
Indian market has huge demand for high-speed rebar processing centres. Everest Engineering Equipment has entered into a dealership agreement with TYF Machinery China, a pioneer in high quality and reliable CNC rebar processing machinery manufacturing and leading supplier to all corporate companies and contractors in China and other countries since 1988.

TYF manufactures high-speed CNC rebar processing machines which include: stirrup benders, shear lines, double bender/CNC bending centre, pile cage/square and rectangle cage (columns and beams) making machines, lattice girder, weld mesh plant and straightening cutting machines. Since TYF machines are well known for high-quality metallurgy and durability, Everest has associated with them for Indian market.

The fact that Everest's existing team of 45 service engineers and technicians are capable of handling the installation and after sales services of these rebar processing machines, gives the company an added advantage.

At the Excon 2019 exhibition, Everest is showcasing GJJ passenger hoist, mast climber and tower crane anti collision systems. GJJ is the market leader with a population of 60,000 units world wide. Its rack and pinion platforms (mast climbers) are fully galvanised with variable length from 3 m to 24 m. It can also be installed as per the shape of building with multiple units. These platforms are also available with single floor to four floor arrangements. A one-metre cantilever extension arrangement for safe accessibility of building/structure is the added advantage on these platforms.

EEE tower crane anti-collision systems are now popular in the market due to the reliability and quick service support provided by Everest to the customers. These anti collision systems come with built-in safe load indicator (SLI) and thus the customer gets both the benefits in single system, which is more comfortable for the operators. After the eighth repeat order of 40 units of 12 tonne and 16 tonne tower cranes from BG Shirke, Everest keeps the top position in pre-cast machinery in India with a population of 284 units.
