Jagadish started his career with BEMCO Hydraulics Ltd., Belgaum as Engg ? Applications & Sales. In 1991, he joined the Norican Group as Sales Manger ? Application Engineer with BMD Industries Ltd, Tumkur. Ever since, he has handled various responsibilities.

Promoting the surface preparation solution to Indian customers is his key responsibility. This includes shot blasting, shot peening, de-scaling applications and also customised solutions for special applications in surface preparation requirement and develop the concept/application solutions as per customer?s needs.
