Rajesh Shrivastava, who recently joined Terex Equipment?s (TEPL) management team as Head Marketing and Dealer Development, is a Mechanical Engineer and has done his Masters in Business Administration from the Army Institute of Management & Technology. He brings over 17 years of multi-industry knowledge from within farm and construction equipment and polymers plastics industries. He has been mandated to spearhead the renewed marketing thrust at Terex and play a vital role in its national and international business plan by bringing in dealers and its sales team, to cohesively deliver the best buying experience to customers.

An enterprising leader and keen strategist with over 17 years of international work exposure, his last assignment as Business Head, with Polyplex Thailand Public Co Ltd, was from Bangkok, Thailand. His in-depth understanding of managing sales, business development initiatives in the culturally diverse region of ASEAN and Far East Asia will be useful to Terex in navigating the choppy waters of the world?s high growth markets, outside India.

Prior to his stint in Thailand, Shrivastava has served with JCB and Claas India Ltd. With his special expertise in managing P&Ls of SME businesses, Shrivastava is expected to strengthen the TEPL?s dealer operations and with keen focus on profitability.
