Sippy founded TEMA India in 1987 and quickly scaled up the company to become one of the largest manufacturers of shell-and-tube heat exchangers in India. He also holds Indian patent for ?shrink ring? technology pertaining to screw plug heat exchangers and is credited to turn the company into a global supplier of heat exchangers. Sippy is an engineering graduate with over 35 years of experience in the field of shell and tube heat exchangers, He is an active member of American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) and Heat Transfer Research, Inc. (HTRI).
