After graduating from Mumbai University in Mechanical engineering in 2002, Milind Bhuwad did his Masters in Management Studies (MMS) specialisation in Marketing from Mumbai University. He has been associated with Bauer Equipment India Pvt Ltd since 2009. His target has been not only to sell high quality equipment to Indian civil foundation Industry, but also to assist contractors, by providing technical assistance, to help them to growth in this challenging market.

Since 2015, Bhuwad is Heading Sales Dept of Bauer Equipment India with the responsibility to contribute to the constant increase of special foundation engineering business within rapidly developing Indian market.
