Adani Group to train over 300,000 youth by 2022
Adani Group has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) to train 300,000 youth across the country by 2022. As a part of the agreement, over 40,000 youth will be trained and assisted towards getting employment per year.

The training initiative will be led by the Adani Skill Development Center (ASDC) in partnership with the NSDC. ASDC will align with the National Skill Qualification Framework (NSQF) to enable beneficiaries? mobility and transferable skills. Meanwhile, ASDC has partnered with IIT-Bombay for training material and certification to facilitate IT skills among beneficiaries.

Certification courses for RTG Crane Operator, Power Plant Mechanical Technician, Stitching and Bagging Machine Operator and Edible Oil Packaging Operation have already been approved by the Government of Gujarat.
