Ammann Group Switzerland has announced that effective June 19, 2020, Ammann India has become a 100 per cent owned subsidiary of the Group. Ammann India’s representatives, products and services remain unchanged. Also, Anand Sundaresan has assumed the position of Managing Director and Member of the Board of Directors at Ammann India. He has served over the past decades in leading roles at different equipment manufacturers and industry associations in India. On his appointment, Hans-Christian Schneider, CEO and Vice Chairman, Ammann Group and Chairman of the Board of Ammann India said, “We are convinced that adding him to our senior management team will help us further strengthening our partnership.”

Right from the start of the operations of the joint venture company in 2013, Ammann India has continuously developed its market leadership with its extensive range of products under the Ammann and the Apollo product brand, working closely with the customers on all the projects and offering end-to-end solutions.
