Cortec Corporation has developed EcoClean VpCI-432/433, a safe anti-corrosion paint and graffiti remover. EcoClean VpCI-432/433 is a rapidly biodegradable, non-corrosive, non-toxic, heavy-duty paint stripper and graffiti remover. It is designed to remove polymers, inks, resins and coatings from concrete and wood surfaces as well as difficult to remove 2-part epoxies from metals without any damage. Made from environmentally safe formulations that are designed for maximum consumer safety and therefore do not contain methylene chloride, chlorinated solvents, methanol, toluene, acetone, etc., VpCI-432/433 remains on the surface to soften, penetrate and remove the coating. EcoClean VpCI-432/433 is available as heavy-duty liquid or gel formulations. It has a unique combination of vapour and contact inhibiting compounds to prevent corrosion, flash rusting and discoloration of ferrous metals, aluminium, copper and brass after paint removal. Effective on a wide range of paints, lacquers, enamels, waxes, alkyds, acrylics, urethanes and epoxies, EcoClean softens most paints to enable easy removal.
