CNH India Rolls Out 800,000th Tractor from Greater Noida Facility
CNH India has rolled out its 800,000th tractor from the Greater Noida manufacturing facility, marking a major milestone in the company’s Indian operations. Operational since 1999, the plant manufactures tractors under the New Holland and Case IH brands for domestic and export markets.

The company stated that the last 100,000 tractors were produced in record time after crossing the 700,000-unit mark in 2024. The facility currently has an annual production capacity of around 60,000 tractors, which is being expanded to 70,000 units.

Spread across 60 acres, the Greater Noida plant manufactures tractors, engines, transmissions, Power Take-Offs (PTOs) and axles. The facility produces over 3,000 tractor variants and exports products to more than 90 countries across Asia, Africa, the Middle East, Australia and North America.

Ravi Kundra, Director Manufacturing Agriculture, CNH India, said the milestone reflects the strength of the company’s manufacturing operations and growing demand in domestic and export markets.

The facility also incorporates sustainable manufacturing initiatives, including rooftop solar power generation, water conservation measures and Miyawaki-based afforestation programmes. CNH India recently announced plans to establish a new tractor manufacturing facility to support rising demand for ‘Made in India’ equipment globally.
