CNH Industrial India ranked with 2020 Great Place to Work
Great Place to Work?, the global authority in workplace culture assessment and recognition, has certified CNH Industrial India in its 2020 company ranking in India.

The certification is determined via an assessment, two-thirds of the evaluation result derive from an employee survey ?Trust Index? Employee Perspective ? while the remaining one-third consists of a Culture Audit? ? Management Perspective ? questionnaire submitted by the company?s Human Resources department outlining its current practices and policies.

CNH Industrial India?s clear mission, positive impact on the agriculture and construction sectors, company culture, safety and quality assurance on the shop floor and welcoming facilities, including employee canteens and on-site medical offices, were cited as important benefits by the employees who took part in the survey.
