CRI Pumps has signed a business transfer agreement with the UK-based Pumps & Process Systems. This agreement will enable CRI pumps to scale new heights in embracing innovative technologies in delivering industrial pumping solutions. CRI Pumps will carry out further developments and improvements along with a team of professionals stationed in India from Pumps & Process Systems. It plans to invest in a new dedicated manufacturing and testing facility.
