Case Construction Equipment has introduced the new TR340 and TV380 compact track loaders (CTLs). These are the first Tier IV Final CTLs outfitted with selective catalytic reduction (SCR) technology. The TR340 rounds out the Case line-up of large-frame CTLs, now providing customers with both a radial-lift (TR340) and vertical-lift (TV380) design to choose from in the larger footprint. This combination of size, strength and flotation is ideal in earthmoving applications that require low ground pressure/minimal ground disturbance. The new Tier IV Final models feature best-in-class torque, breakout force and standard auxiliary hydraulic flow, as well as the industry?s widest cab with best-in-class 360o visibility.
The Case SCR solution is provided by Fiat Powertrain Technologies and has proven itself in on-road trucking, heavy earthmoving and agricultural applications. The technology is now being outfitted to benefit smaller engine ranges, including CTLs.
