Celanese Corpo?ration, a global tech?nology and specialty mate?rials company and a global leader in emulsion polym?ers, announced it has completed the acquisition of certain assets from Ashland Inc, including two product lines, Vinac? and Flexbond?, which will support the strategic growth of the Celanese Emulsion Polymers busin?ess.
