Dolphin Offshore Enterprises (India) has bagged contract worth $3.99 million from ONGC for underwater structural repair of HC platform in Heera Field. The duration of contract is 240 days from October 16, 2016. The company has signed a charter party agreement with Sanat Gostar Kish Co (SGK) for deployment of the vessel E. Francis and Diving personnel in the Middle East.
