Donaldson acquires Hy-Pro Filtration
Donaldson Company, Inc, a global leader in the filtration industry, has acquired Hy-Pro Corporation. Hy-Pro designs and manufactures filtration systems and replacement filters for stationary hydraulic and industrial lubrication filtration applications.
