He has a strong track record of planning with distinctive abilities in establishing market presence, escalating revenues and profitability. He served as National Head of Sales?Core Business at Magma Fincorp between 2008 and 2010. He has earlier served as Vice President of Citicorp Finance as National Sales Head, handling equipment finance between 2000 and 2008. Prior to Citi, Paode worked with Larsen & Toubro from 1990 till 2000 where he had started as graduate engineer trainee.
