Neeraj Bhatia, Strategic Business Unit Head at Eimco Elecon (I) Ltd, is an alumnus of Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh, with a Post Graduation Degree in Management from Punjabi University, Patiala. A hard taskmaster in the field of business development, Bhatia started his career with Larsen & Toubro Limited in 1990. He considers himself to be a son of the soil, since the last 25 years of his career has been spent working closely with customers at the ground level, understanding their needs, consumer behaviour and satisfying their equipment needs through various types of earthmoving equipment. A committed go-getter, his special interest lies in integrating efforts by various departments across the association and channelising them towards organisational objectives.

He feels himself to be lucky having worked in companies which are pioneers in their respective fields, engineering and finance. While at Quippo, an equipment rental organisation, he worked on a lease model for infra equipment. He feels that Eimco Elecon has enormous potential to leverage its strengths in infrastructure, servicing and engineering, in the infra equipment space.

Bhatia is a strong advocator of change management, is process driven and a strategist. An intense believer in team building, he feels battles are won in hearts and minds of the people. He feels that with a strong and dedicated team, the toughest targets can be challenged.
