After attending a lot of customer complaints for fake and duplicate Indian make machines, Icaro finally decided to launch the latest Icaro Gama series at bC India to spread the awareness and knowledge of quality and genuineness among customers.

The Gama Series will have a new suffix as ?IS? for shearing and ?IB? for bender?s which is completely different from its old serial number C&P. Gama series can easily be distinguished by the very first look at its outer body frame which is made by fusion or casting with a special cast iron in a spheroid concept. ?IS? and ?IB? series have the most elastic and wear resistant features. Icaro Gama series machines are now available for sale in the Indian market.

Spiral machine

The machine can produce rings and spirals with steel rods from 6 mm diameter and unlimited 34 mm with adjustable radius from a minimum of 8 cm and unlimited maximum. The rollers are made of heat treated alloy steel to bear the maximum stress.

Stirrup machine

As projects are getting more complex one cannot rely on obsolete standards, so to meet customer requirements Icaro PS16 computerised model can produce the stirrups in the range of 350-700 per hour, depending upon the size and shape required, helping us meet the demands in time.

Bending machine

Icaro bending machine is a semi automatic machine, it assists you to form various shapes while maintaining the safety standards (EC) to avoid operational hazards for operator at site. With bending angles being perfected, it drastically red­uces the scrap of rebars and will in turn increase productivity and profit. It can handle rebars of up to 60 mm diameter.

Shearing machine

The Icaro shearing machine, widely known as the rebar cutting machine, has a robust chassis, made up of single fusion steel to withstand the vibration during shearing of rebars. Featured with advanced safety standards (EC) to protect the operator from operational hazards, it increases the productivity, by getting a cut per second. With balanced RPM, Icaro shearing machines are successful in generating sufficient torque to get a perfect cut.

ICARO combined machine

With the quality of both shearing and bending machines, this is the perfect choice for small and economical customers. It can shear and bend up to 30 and 40 mm rebar respectively.
