InfraServe Global (ISG), part of the Gainwell Group, made its debut at bauma CONEXPO India 2026 with the launch of five products for road maintenance, asphalt applications, concrete pumping and mastic heating.

The company unveiled the Etnyre RoadSaver, Etnyre Asphalt Distributor (Black-Topper® Centennial), Etnyre Mastic Kettle and its 50 m³ and 70 m³ concrete pumps at its booth at the India Expo Centre, Greater Noida. The launches support ISG’s strategy of developing equipment in India for domestic as well as international markets.

The Etnyre RoadSaver is designed to improve slurry sealing operations through real-time computerised controls. Its CAN-Bus system monitors aggregate, water and additive delivery and automatically stops operations if a batch falls outside specified parameters. The technology is aimed at improving mix consistency and surface quality compared with systems that depend heavily on manual adjustments.

The Black-Topper Centennial Asphalt Distributor uses ground-speed radar to automatically regulate asphalt output as vehicle speeds change. According to the company, the system can maintain application rates within 1%. It also features a hydraulically variable spray bar, poppet valves, Vacu-Flo and Smart Clean systems to support consistent asphalt application and reduce the use of cleaning solvents.

ISG has also introduced 50 m³ and 70 m³ concrete pumps, developed after studying equipment operating under Indian job-site conditions. The pumps feature optimised S-valve geometry to enable smoother concrete flow, particularly for vertical pumping applications. An instant reverse-pumping function has also been incorporated to help clear blockages without requiring sections of the pipeline to be dismantled manually.

The Etnyre Mastic Kettle addresses safety and efficiency concerns associated with conventional open mastic heating systems. The equipment operates within a sealed and insulated environment, while mechanical agitation helps maintain a uniform mixture. The design is also intended to reduce emissions, fuel consumption and uneven heating.

Magesh Swaminathan, CEO, InfraServe Global, said the products had been developed around problems encountered by customers on Indian project sites. He added that India was emerging not only as a manufacturing base for the company but also as a centre for developing road and infrastructure equipment.

Surabhi Chaturvedi, Director – Operations, InfraServe Global, highlighted the company’s focus on dealer training and spare-parts availability alongside the new launches. ISG has been preparing dealer technicians ahead of the product introduction to support equipment deployment and after-sales service.

Rich Wilsie, COO, Road Maintenance, Etnyre International, said the RoadSaver, Black-Topper Centennial and Mastic Kettle had been developed considering the demanding conditions faced by equipment operators in India.

The company is also strengthening localisation of manufacturing in India. Christabel Chan, Global Business Director, Lintec & Linnhoff Holdings, said localisation of Linnhoff and Eurotec manufacturing had already supported opportunities in markets including Nepal and Bhutan, with potential for India to develop further as an export base.

Beyond its standard product portfolio, InfraServe Global also manufactures customised asphalt and concrete batching plants based on project requirements such as site conditions, capacity and process specifications.

With the latest launches, ISG aims to strengthen its position as an integrated equipment solutions provider for road and construction infrastructure projects in India and international markets, including the US, Africa and APAC.
