A Mechanical Engineering Graduate, Neeraj Gaur, Managing Director, Fine Equipment, has 22 years of experience in construction equipment industry. He established Fine Equipment as a brand known for its quality and aftersales support. Earlier, he has worked as a sales engineer in Telcon for seven years, handling sales of Tata Hitachi excavators and cranes.

Gaur was part of the team that established Volvo excavators in western region. He also launched and established various products under Fine brand, especially rock breakers and other excavator attachments. He established Terex backhoe loaders in major parts of Maharashtra and also handled Terex Finlay brand of mobile crushers for western part of India.
