JCB India inaugurates new dealership facility in Bhopal

JCB India inaugurated Surana JCB’s new dealership facility in Bhopal. Offering JCB India’s full Product Portfolio, the newly inaugurated state-of-the-art facility is set to provide an unmatched customer experience in Bhopal.

Spread across 45,000 sq. ft., this new premise employs close to 150 people that include skilled teams for sales, service, and parts. The facility has a 4-bay integrated workshop along with two mobile service vans, a parts van, and a LiveLink command centre to ensure the best Customer Experience and Support.

The dealership has outlets at Sagar, Betul, Chhindwara, Biora, Hoshangabad, and Guna. It has parts and service outlets every 100 km for the benefit of its customers. Surana JCB will soon also be opening outlets at Harda and Raisen this year and aspires to have outlets within 70 km from any point of the dealership.

The dealership has been made as per the JCB corporate identity guidelines and is equipped with JCB standardised systems and processes. The facility’s state-of-the-art fully operational LiveLink command centre, will enable 24x7 fleet management support to the customers. JCB LiveLink, an advanced telematics technology, strives to deliver constructive, real-time information to increase site efficiency and improve productivity. It gives information on the service, operations and security of JCB machines, through which JCB has radically changed and improved the customer experience of its machines.

Aligned with the rapid digitisation in the region, Surana JCB will also sell JCB genuine parts online, through JCB Genuine Parts Application. Further integrating digital technology into its operations, the dealership facility will use Smart Serve to support its engineers to improve efficiency and productivity and reach customers in remote areas, thus helping in machine uptime.
