JCB opens new dealership headquarters at Kochi
JCB India inaugurated the new headquarters of its dealership, Popular JCB at Kochi in Kerala. Spread over 40,000 sq ft, with built-up area of 24,000 sq ft, the dealership employs over 200 trained personnel.

Popular JCB has been a dealer for JCB in Kerala since 2014. This new state-of-the-art facility will provide a world-class experience to customers for all their equipment-related requirements, which include Sales, Service and Genuine Parts. It will cover over 2,000 machines in its territory through this premise.

The new head quarters will have 13 outlets in Kerala, at Pattamabi, Muvattupuzha, Kottayam, Thrissur, Perumbavoor, Kattapana, Kattayam, Thriuvalla, Kottarakkara, Oachira, Thiruvananthapuram, Nemom and at Chittur. It will also have four bay workshop for product support, along with a specialised Engine Room, a Welding Bay, and close to 100 trained service engineers with mobile service vans.

At the inauguration, Vipin Sondhi, Managing Director and CEO, JCB India said, ?We are delighted to inaugurate Popular JCB?s new facility here at Kochi. The infrastructure of the dealership has been made as per the JCB corporate identity guidelines and is equipped with JCB standardised systems and processes. Apart from offering entire range of equipment and machines, the new facility has special hydraulic and pneumatic tools, exclusive welding bay and service training facility.
