John Kay named IEEE Fellow
John Kay, senior product specialist for Rockwell Automation, Medium Voltage Business, Cambridge, Ontario, has been named an IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers) Fellow. He is being recognised for his contributions to arc-resistant medium-voltage control and protection technologies, improving safety for people and equipment. The IEEE grade of fellow is conferred by the IEEE Board of Directors upon a person with an outstanding record of accomplishments in any of the IEEE fields of interest. IEEE Fellow is the highest grade of membership and is recognised by the technical community as a prestigious honour and an important career achievement.
