Facilitating, auto bundle loading, automatic material alignment, feeding and rotation, laser cutting, and unloading, the SLT-150 features capacity of up to 152 mm outer diameter, 5 electric servo axis, cutting length up to 2,000 mm, wall thickness of up to 6.4 mm (mild steel), automatic bundle loading system with material alignment, automatic unloading system with conveyor, 2.0 kW or 2.5 kW laser resonator, multi-axis CNC controls with touch screen interface, CAD-CAM systems for tubes and profiles with built-in nesting and a i2 3D operating software. The SLT-150 also features an arrangement to cut round, square, rectangle and various profile shapes; has an enclosed work station for maximum safety apart from an automatic distance control.
