A graduate in Business Administration from Indore, Madhya Pradesh, Patidar joined Shakti Pumps in 2008 to leverage the company?s core strengths across various verticals - agriculture, industrial projects, construction works, horticulture and others.
In his role as a Vice President, Patidar has been responsible for implementing strategic roadmaps, tactics and programmes to create interest, demand and recognition for Shakti Pumps and its products. His key function is to identify and evaluate new opportunities, map customer perceptions, preferences, and requirements. Patidar is actively engaged in brand building activities and ably leads his marketing and sales teams to succeed in making brand Shakti a universal, sustainable, renowned brand.
Patidar?s inimitable, distinctive strengths of strong analytical skills, financial expertise, marketing orientation, outstanding leadership, and motivational prowess have played an important part in catapulting Shakti Pumps to prominence.
He has also introduced the innovative ?Annadata? campaign with Amitabh Bachchan as a brand ambassador, which highlights the Indian farmer as a provider and not just a worker. Patidar is a person who is up to date on technology and the current global marketing trends.
He takes a keen interest in travelling around the world and exploring new cultures.
