LiuGong Introduces 922D HD Excavator in India
LiuGong launched 22 tonne heavy duty (HD) crawler excavators in India. The first machine will be delivered to a customer in Faridabad. LiuGong introduced 22 tonne excavator after three years of R&D study and testing in various applications. The launch of 922D HD will meet customers need in heavy duty application.

Efficient Cummins engine: The HD excavator is equipped with Cummins QSB7 engine and the advanced CAPC (Computer Aided Power Control) system that helps in proper combustion of fuel, the engine and hydraulic pump achieves high efficiency with low fuel consumption.

The QSB7 engine is equipped with a combination of a proven cooled-Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) system, High Pressure Common Rail (HPCR) fuel system, Cummins patented VGTTM Turbocharger, which continuously varies the airflow boost to precisely match engine rpm and load demand for optimal performance.

Hydraulic system: The 922D HD have a negative flow hydraulics; it optimises the main control valve and cylinders that improves the speed of equipment working, while reducing down on the hydraulic system?s pressure loss, leads to increase in working efficiency. The synchronization between pilot valves and main control valve offers precise control.

Comfortable and safe cab: The cab windows are widened for better visibility, especially the right downward view of excavation. An enlarged skylight with rolling sunshade provides excellent visibility and good ventilation.

Convenient maintenance: Like other LiuGong machines, maintenance of the 922D HD is simple and convenient. The engine is easily accessible when the rear hood is opened up, providing plenty of working space for service professionals. The fuel pre-filters with water separator; engine oil filter and pilot filter are all located in the pump compartment for easy access from the ground. The on board fault diagnostic system monitors machine functions properly. The error codes can also be used by certified service technicians to simplify and accelerate the repair process.
