Hydraulic dock levelers
Avians offers dock levelers that conforming to the European standards (BS EN 1398:2009) in two options: mounted to the dock face and installed into a pit. These dock levelers allow movement of vehicles between a building and a loading/unloading vehicle. There are two types of dock levelers - Standard lip and Telescopic lip. Dock levelers having imported power packs, popular and efficient single-button control panels (which overcome confusion of operator). Dock leveler platform with chequered antiskid plate and lip with carefully machined section makes it working very smooth and efficient. Various capacities ranging from 3 tonne to 25 tonne and sizes up to 4 m as platform length is versatile for every industry use.

The dock leveler forms a ramp to bridge the distance between the dock and truck. Avians dock leveler is able to compensate for the up-and-down movement of the various vehicles during loading and unloading. A dock leveler should be capable to support extremely heavy loads, service a wide range of truck heights, and compensate for tilted trucks. The dock leveler includes anti-slip ramp welded to a lip. It allows safety stop in case of accidental departure of the vehicle.

Dock levelers with single cylinder power pack for low weight load capacities provide economical solution. The company also offers manually operated dock levelers for special applications. 

Dock shelters
Avians offers CE certified dock shelters with optimum seal between the internal and external environments, assisting in the reduction of energy consumption. Dock shelters in combination with dock levelers eliminate the need for a ramp and canopies, and provide ease of operation. Avians manufactures dock shelters in-house so that any size can be easily customised and delivery can be reduced.

Dock shelters are available for all kind of usage and situations like cold conditions, heat, rain, breeze, snow and dirt. Our range of dock shelters and dock seals include retractable dock shelters and inflatable dock shelters.

Sectional overhead doors
These are the new generation doors which replace the conventional rolling shutters where aesthetics is important along with safety and durability. Applications are in manufacturing industries, cold storages, warehouses, automobile industries, storages and warehouses, and commercial buildings. Durable and space-efficient, these come in a variety of finishes, colours, and window options. Existing doors can be easily modernised with these solutions.

With PUF-insulated panels, these doors maintain temperature, and thickness of 40-80 mm enables places to be installed exposed to higher wind loads. Panels have finger safe design. Being higher thickness, sturdy, and stable can be used for high usage as compared to conventional rolling shutters.

Sectional doors with fully transparent panels are available for wide usage in showrooms and manufacturing units where full clear vision is required along with aesthetics and safety features.
