The ?Happening Haryana Global Investors Summit? has attracted investors from across the world. Chinese real estate giant Wanda and Gurgaon based M3M Group, a real estate player, emerged as the largest investors in the global and national categories respectively. The M3M Group signed MOUs accumulating to Rs 45,000 crore; investments are proposed over a period of 5-10 years in and across Haryana/Gurgaon. M3M is a leading real estate developer of repute and is focused on Gurgaon and intends to develop best in class projects in Gurgaon. Out of the Rs 45,000 crore, Rs 26,000 crore will go towards the development of a smart city project in Gurgaon. Rs 9,000 crore will be allotted towards taking forward the Prime Minister?s visionary project ?Housing for all? which is a part of the Pradhanmantri Awas Yojna.
