Ms Mallika Rawal, Head - Marketing for Trucks & Bus tyres at Continental Tyres took home Tyres and Rubbers Leadership Acknowledgement Awards (TRILA) trophy for the ?Female personality of the year 2015?. Ms Rawal surged ahead of the competition to bag this prestigious trophy which celebrates exceptional female talent in the tyre and rubber industry. Mallika recounted her approach and attitude which made her stand out in the male dominated industry. As per her own words, her credo to remain agile and her hunger to learn has kept her ahead in the curve of progress in the industry. She also thanked her employers Continental India-Tyres who have laid their trust in her acumen and abilities.

The gathering recognised Ms. Rawal?s achievements by giving her a resounding applause driving home the fact that the tyre and rubber industry accepts and appreciates empowered woman. The ceremony was held on the second day of tyre Expo India at the Chennai Trade centre recently.
