Montabert Crusher Buckets from Doosan
Doosan Infracore launches a new range of crusher buckets in India.

Montabert, a wholly owned subsidiary of Doosan, has introduced wide range of crusher buckets in India that can handle crushing of all types of inert material such as stone, concrete and asphalt debris, mine and quarry waste. With its latest and innovative technology the bucket size ranges are suitable for large and small work situations. Montabert crusher buckets are rebuilt for heavy-duty applications and are dependable for trouble-free operation with low maintenance.

Montabert offers wide-aperture bu?ckets with large capacities that can quickly crush material to sizes between 20 and 120 mm. The crusher buckets are also available with magnet options that are easy to attach to the bucket on-site as the electromagnetic iron separator comes with its own installation kit. Onsite reutilisation of the crusher bucket involves picking up materials and crushing them directly on site which increases your efficiency.

Neeraj Sharan, Director, Product Support, Doosan Infracore India said, ?Doosan?s Montabert crusher bucket is a smart approach to the processing and recycling of construction materials. This comes as a perfect solution to obtain resources effectively at the lowest cost and time. This attachment cuts down cost and time which is usually wasted by transportation, dumping and manpower utilisation. We offer four models of crusher bucket that helps cut down costs in terms of time and energy, labour and disposal and transportation to crusher plants. This also reduces time related to installation and instant use of the machine, operation cost allowing the crushed material to be reused right away and crushing, since it can be used directly at all worksites, even small ones.?

Some of the salient features of the crusher bucket include:

Sturdy structure

The body is built with Hardox to withstand severe conditions and increase wear resistance. It is the first one of its kind to be introduced in the market.

Soundproof design

This design also reduces noise and vibration which is ideally suited for use in urban areas enabling crushing and recycling of materials on site quickly and quietly.

High reduction ratio

The fastest and highest at size reduction, it is amazing to see the reduction ratio delivered.

Shortest cycle time: Crushes concrete, rock, bricks, blocks and miscellaneous waste into useable resources, with the shortest cycle time on the market.

Effective crushability

Latest design and technology supports better material loading and handling as it has been designed to channel material into the crusher jaws effectively. The unique design of the connecting rod offers much better resistance to deformation and allows the bucket to continue crushing where others would stall.

Less maintenance

Less maintenance with less number of parts and high durability.

Long-lasting jaws

Bucket jaws can be inverted. Top and bottom jaws can be exchanged or single jaws can be rotated by 180 degrees to also use the rear part. Effective utilisation delivers longer life.

Customised output

Output size can be easily adjusted from 20-120 mm.

Carrier compatibility

The crusher buckets are powered by the excavator-breaker circuit, so no extra circuits or other services are necessary thereby saving expenses and allowing for ease of use within your machinery fleet.

Unlimited length handling

Can handle unlimited length material such as concrete slabs, pillars, light posts, and barriers in one pass.

On site reutilisation

Crusher buckets are great for processing material to a specific size and often can be reused or sold directly onsite without having to haul it or transport it to remote crusher plants.

Extensive applications

Many areas of applications, from building demolitions in general, to the reutilisation of former industrial and urban areas, and the processing of excavation materials, from the earth movement sector to road works, from quarries to mines, from environmental reclamation to applications on rocky soil.
