Muratec launches a new compact and economical automated sheet metal system, and a ball screw-driven electric press brake.

Muratec launched the CNC AC Servo Turret Punch Press Motorum 2048UT during last Imtex 2010.The machine has been designed mainly to reduce the noise level and improve the performance in punching and forming.The single hit processing time with Y-axis 100mm pitch is 0.375 seconds.This machine uses latest carbon reinforced plastic fiber (CRPF) for its rigidity and light weight in ram drive.

Now the UT is displayed with a newly designed compact automatic loader for unmanned production.The loader has been designed with flexibility to accept two different operating patterns.It comes with advanced features such as double sheet thickness detector, a separate scheduler, etc.

Muratec has also designed and developed a fully electric Green Press Brake BB 4013.The BB 4013 is built with rigidity and a special offset frame to accommodate full length bending over full ram stroke.

Its key features include high speed ram movement (100 mm/sec), stable high repeatability, oil-less environment and an
advanced NC compatible with SD simulation (option).
