New marketing initiatives
The 24th MCHI-CREDAI Property Expo 2015, which concluded in Mumbai, has been an eye-opener in aggressive marketing techniques that the builders are deploying at Mumbai these days. Major names like Nirmal Lifestyle, Ekta World, Ajmera, JP Infra, Kabra Group, Atul Projects, Kanakia Spaces, HDIL, Mayfair Housing, Acme Group, Sangam Lifespaces etc are pulling all stops to impress customers. The Expo has over 400 properties on display by over 60 builders with projects in and around Mumbai. The marketing techniques were visible at the stalls put up the builders who participated in the Expo.
