PNC Infratech has recently been awarded the contract of rehabilitation and upgradation of the 80 km long road stretch of Sonauli-Gorakhapur section, and with this project, the current EPC order book of PNC Infratech stands in excess of Rs 3,000 crore. The Ministry of Road Transport & Highways-sponsored project is estimated to cost Rs 441 crore and is slated to be completed in two years. Yogesh Jain, Managing Director, PNC Infratech said, ?This is a strategically important highway project, as it connects the Indo-Nepal border at Sonauli with Gorakhpur. We would endeavour to complete the project within the stipulated time maintaining high-quality standards.?
