RATEC is participating in the integrated concrete trade fair Expo Hormigon, showing its complete service range. The Edifica trade fair is being held from October 4-7, 2017 in Santiago de Chile. With about 500 exhibitors, an expected 30,000 visitors and around 1,200 specialist forums, it is the largest construction trade fair in Latin America. 
One of the most modern precast plants in the country was recently put into operation by Chilean property developer Baumax. RATEC fully equipped the facility with magnetic formwork technology. The plant produces wall and ceiling elements for various residential and infrastructure projects in the country, which must withstand substantial seismic strains. ?This shows that a market has been established for industrialised construction in Latin America?s strongest economies. The other economies will follow and we will be closely monitoring development in the region,? said J?rg Reymann, Managing Director of the RATEC/Reymann Group.
