Savant has held many positions while rising through the ranks of his family founded company including Line Supervisor, Senior Supervisor throughout his school and university years, and Operations Manager and Customer coordinator post university years. During his tenure, Savant has continued to diversify the company starting with Ultra Labs, an oil condition monitoring laboratory. Ultra Labs was started as a value addition to its existing business of lube oil blending. With his creative and forward thinking, today Ultra Labs has been not only catering to major lubricant companies but also mining OEMs across India. His focus on Customer Service and Product Knowledge and constant innovation through use of Information Technology established Ultra Labs as one of the leading oil, fuels and coolant testing laboratories in India.

Savant earned his Bachelor of Computer Engineering from Mumbai University and successfully completed his MBA from Univeristy of Nyenrode, the Netherlands. Ultra Group is a 23 year old family managed business with its core into lubricant blending. Ultra Labs is ISO 17025 certified laboratory which conforms to the OEM quality standards. Considering the boost in construction and mining sector, he feels the future for oil analysis is bright since customers are expecting the best for their equipment.
