The plant was erected at the first project site to create yet another history in the road construction industry. About 270 km away, at the Ramky Head quarters in Hyderabad, the Marini manage?ment team was at the helm of controls.The countdown had begun at the project site, the loader operator had finished feeding the bins and the siren rang, indicating commencement of the production cycle and beginning of an historical moment in Indian road building.Virender Kaul, Head of Roads at Ramky, clicked the controls from the CEO?s office in Hyderabad and the first high quality asphalt mix batch was dropped at the site 270 kms away.Virender Kaul ?
