Rupinder Paintal, General Manager-Industrial for ExxonMobil Lubricants India, is an experienced techno-commercial professional with work experience spanning 17 years, of which 12 years was at ExxonMobil. His professional journey started working as a service engineer with a leading off-highway equipment manufacturer where he gained application expertise. Following the completion of his MBA he worked as a consultant with an Australian company specialising in various agricultural products.

Since joining ExxonMobil in 2000, Rupinder has held numerous positions in the organisation. His roles include Area Sales Manager Marine Business, Business Development Manager Industrial Sales, Regional Manager - South & East & Regional Manager - South & West. Rupinder has represented ExxonMobil India in various technical fora within India and abroad.

In his current role, Rupinder is the Head of Industrial Lubricants business for India, leading a team of experienced professionals, working towards achieving strategic goals and objectives of ExxonMobil's Industrial Lubricants business in India.
